If you haven't got time - why not download a paper copy to fill in at your leisure and post or fax back to us? We can even send you an e-mail version to fill in instead if you prefer.

You will be entered into our monthly prize draw. We will not reveal anything other than your initials and location on your review.

Reading a Review

Click on the Read A Review tab to either:

Search for a SPECIFIC property review by entering the name of the property or the postcode

BROWSE all recommended properties on our AtoZ page

Read reviews of accommodation that is Wheelchair Friendly by clicking on that button

Or, click on the Really Rated tab to read reviews of specifically family/child or dog friendly places, particularly peaceful places, places for 'grown-ups', or those with good 'green' credentials.

Is there really the need for another holiday review site?

Obviously we think so yes! While those who holiday abroad can access a seemingly exhaustive variety of media enticing and advising them on their perfect foreign break, those of us who prefer to holiday in the UK are somewhat left to our own devices, none more so in our view than those who book self-catering accommodation. No other website, as far as we know, devotes itself to guest-written recommendations of this market.

Why such a long questionnaire?

For the site to be of real benefit to potential guests, we need to make sure that properties are judged by the same criteria and the information gleaned is as useful as possible. Whilst undoubtedly everyone will have different views on what constitutes the perfect place to holiday, we hope it will enable you to make a more informed decision. We want the reviews to reveal more than 'Devon is lovely' (of course it is), or it 'can be a bit wet in Wales'!

It's free to review, free to search, helpful and informative, and run by nice people who love holidaying in this country - just like you.
