Review:

Lambside House is a beautiful period property, set in the most beautiful rolling farmland, just a little way from the coastal path, in South Devon. The house has a large dining-kitchen, well equipped with most things that a family will need. There are two comfortable lounges, one with TV, video and DVD player. A great bonus downstairs is a playrooom, with plenty of space for children to play, and including a football table.

Upstairs there are two very comfortable double bedrooms, (one en-suite) both with wonderful views. There is a very tastefully decorated twin room, and children’s suite comprising a twin bedrooom, a room with bunk beds and single bed, and an en-suite bathroom with bath. There is also one main bathroom upstairs. The main garden is at the front of the house and is mostly laid to lawn. Very peaceful and enough room for children to run around and adults to relax and sunbathe.

Specifically Recommend: The location of the house is amazing, and the house has a wonderful atmosphere to it, very relaxing.
Be Aware: Nothing
Could Provide: Upgrading the TV-Audio equipment would be a good idea, and the master en-suite would greatly benefit from the addition of a power shower.
