I was just blown away by the place and the location was just spot on. Everything you want on your doorstep to walk the dogs and close to the coast and the moors, just perfect. The fact the land borders the River Camel is also ideal for a cool off on those hot days. In fact if I stayed in the summer I would have several days on site, I would just walk to the river take a bottle of wine to cool off in the water, a good book and a rug and just let the dogs browse whilst I chill out - a little spot of heaven in Cornwall.

Westhayes - A conversion from a traditional stone barn, beautifully done with thought and attention. It is spacious, comfortable and full of character a superb home to come back to after a long day exploring.

Specifically Recommend:

To have such great accommodation that is dog friendly is just such a find.
The location is just so peaceful and idyllic. We filled the barn to the max capacity yet it never felt full. I liked the large rooms downstairs as it made the place very sociable and the views from every window were just a delight

Local Gems:

The Blisland Inn is a must. Roaring log fires, amazing real ales (a CAMRA winning pub on numerous occasions), extremely dog friendly and friendly locals and landlord.
Delphy Bridge is also a must, I imagine in the summer when the beaches are busy this is a great place for the dogs to have a swim and cool off after the owners have enjoyed a lovely meal at The Blisland Inn.
Too many great beaches to mention.
Aunt Aggies pasties at St Kew are also highly recommended.
