The accommodation is both homely and extremely comfortable with good facilities. It really is like staying home from home. The cottage was very clean on arrival and a small welcome pack of bread, eggs, milk, tea, coffee, sugar etc. made an evening arrival easy and relaxing - no rushing to the shops for basic products. Provision of basics such as washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, soap etc also made for an easy weekend with minimal food shopping.

Both Alan and Helen are very friendly, without interfering in your well-earned holiday. They make you feel welcome, can give advice a-plenty if you need it, but are also happy to let you get on with the business of being on holiday.

We have returned on many many occasions and never stay anywhere else when we are in that area, nor would we think of doing so! Have stayed for both weekends and weeks.
