Summerleaze Beach, Bude (A39 coastal road between Wadebridge & Bideford - from the A30 turn off at Okehampton along the A3079 and then the A3072)
Sandy beach surrounded by dunes. Adjoins the small bay of Crooklets at low tide. Pay car park for 400 (inc disabled). Shops, restaurant, toilets nearby. Beach wheelchair available for hire. Dog-friendly but must be on leads between 10am and 6pm May to end September. Cliff and canal walks from beach - on the South West Coastal Path. Bude Visitor Centre close by. Very popular beach in height of summer.
